Good morning mentors and comrades of healthy bee community.
The health issues of my body after recovery triggered me and led me to this beneficial post about fruits and vegetables to health and to immune responses to sickness.
Do you know that 50 percent of daily sicknesses can be solved and prevent by the intake of fruit and vegetables
I in person have pass through a lot of health challenges every day i visit a chemist shop to buy medicine after taking the medicine as if not being enough i take medicine herb , when the symptoms seems irresistible i visit a hospital for doctors prescription of drugs yet all efforts is in vain, what is the health challenge just malaria , at the back of my mind came another thought could this be diabolic because it has defile some medical step i took but little did I know that fruit have a greater work to do in man's health preventing sickness, boosting the immune and keeping the body healthy .
What is fruit: we all know what is fruit and the kinds of fruit we have many such as pineapple, orange, cucumber, watermelon, banana,carrot and many more.
What is vegetable: in a comprehensive definition is the eatable part of a plant, fruit and vegetables are related
Do you know what fruit and vegetables does to man's health, fruit contains vitamin that helps in fighting against sickness located in any part of any organ in the body such as carrot with have a positive effect in eyes, watermelon and cucumber having a positive effect against malaria, banana have a positive effect on the humanbrain, ginger garlic onion work on boosting the immune, orange which works on digestion of food thereby preventing constipation. And also fruit and vegetables such as ginger and garlic go along way in man's health to boost and strengthen a weak immune system to fight against diseases causing sickness.
What is immune system :the immune system is the aggregate of organs in man's body for a particular purpose of fighting against the foreign substance that makes man's health uncomfortable.
So daily intake of several kinds of fruit and vegetables in the body , boost the immune and also keep the body away from the entry of diseases causing sickness . I was able to recover from the malaria that troubled me for so long and save my money from one purchase of medicine to another with the knowledge I got from experience.
In summary the daily ingestion of fruit and vegetables prevent and strengthen the immune to fight against diseases and also keep the outer body sound and fresh.
FRUIT are good to the body , the health and the immune system
