My wrist hurts too right after a little handwritten page, but I don't think we can really forget how to write. We did it so much for so long when we were younger.
I also feel that part of writing down words that I've already thought in my head, so I need to find some other external reason to justify the effort of putting them into ink.
And yet somehow doing so makes me feel a bit better every time, like I've accomplished a tiny goal that I subconsciously set within myself
