Well if there's one thing about Ireland football teams and qualifying. We never do it the easy way!

The campaign looked over after losing to Armenia in game one, so great to still have a shot, but Hungary will be much more up for a fight than Portugal were and it's away from home.

We have a fighting chance though, and I'd have taken that. Win and we've a play off.

After beating Portugal. It's a pity, as had other results been better, we could have potentially topped this group! Coulda woulda shoulda

Ye demolished Liechtenstein at least and can book your flights! We'll have to see how this draw goes tomorrow and hope for two big performances in March and a home draw for final if we manage to win our semi final 🙏

You are in pot 4. So it will become an ever tougher route to the World Cup.
Maybe Italy or Denmark would be the best.
