Fragile Foles isn't beating out Mitch. The contract has already been restructured and is nowhere near as massive as you think. Fragile Foles is the ultimate 6th man. Hes not starting. The Bears aren’t going to just hand the starting job to the Jags backup QB. A guy they picked up for a 4th round pick. They had to find a backup since Daniel left and Foles is the ultimate backup, but Mitch will be the starter come September.
