Well, rewards alone does not sound interesting because it takes a very long time to be successful in hive.
but what if we don't bring "rewards" into the picture?
What do you think? Would they be still interested?
It's so much dilemma.
On X.come, facebook, whatsapp, they'll freely post in bulk - frequently.
but the moment I say, how about you use this platform - immediate question I get - What will I get?

Let me tell you a use case - imagine you do a hospital review app and tell people to share their review helping others. It's a spontaneous app, where people will give their real feedback - no money involved. You just show them how their review helps others and they will be very happy. We need something similar - don't tell anything about reward - have an app that has some obvious use cases..

No, even if hive goes to moon. Nothing is permanent.....people create content for some goal, but I create content for memoir. That is the reason, I still do it in my free time. But even after that, we slow down after some time.

Different reasons, but both non-financial — and that proves something: people don’t stay on Hive for rewards, they stay for something personal.
So onboarding isn’t about building new apps. It’s about finding like-minded people who value ownership, permanence, and the freedom to express without fear of deletion.
I think, I got the answer - Maybe onboarding simply starts by connecting with people who already care about these things — just like we do.
