Craving for beef pares and wanna order online but I changed my mind. I went to the nearest mall, bought fresh cow's meat. I was trying looking for carabao's meat which has the best taste than cows meat. The lean meat of the carabao is darker red that the cow's meat.
I cooked the cow's meat by using pressure cooker to make it quick tenderness.. I use young corn , garlic ginger, and onion in my cooking procedure. Add beef knorr cube for the best soup. What a perfect homemade beef pares..
When it comes to beef or cow's meat, try to eat this two or once a month. Do not prepare beef everyday
