The version of my sister's bulalo is one of the best that I love to eat. Yesterday, I woke up too late, my mind was wandering and didn't decide what to cook? Then my phone rang twice while I was in the bathroom. I saw a missing call from my sister. So I called her back and she told me that the table was already fixed for our lunch. We had a surprised invitation.
We lived in the same village in the city so 5 minutes is too long driving from my house to their house. Wheny sister opened the door, the aroma of the bulalo welcomed us.
Bulalo is a kind of Filipino soup, a dish made up from a beef meat mixed with vegetables.
Wow, so yummy. I miss bulalo Sir!
