It is a budget meal. Chicken liver and eggs are cheaper. Easy to cook . Just boiled your eggs first while stir-frying onions, garlic, then add the liver. Do not prolong on the fire, the longer it stays in the fire, the liver harden. Add the peeled hard boiled eggs, a little amount of venigar, water with cornstarch.. Add carrots and bell pepper. It is so much better if you put a little amount of catsup with ground black pepper to become a little stickey. I also used magic sarap to taste it better.
