This is a cake made up of flour, dessicated coconut, eggs, milk, condensed milk, peanuts,oil, baking powder and sugar. Just like baking cake, the procedure is the same.
Mix all the dry ingredients plus eggs , peanuts,oil and cup of sugar with baking powder. Bake it in moderate heat for 20 minutes or as long as you see it become golden brown.
Remove from the oven and drop all one can of condensed milk over the fresh cake from the oven. So delicious and good to eat during a rainy days with no sugar coffee. The sweetness of the cake is enough sugar to taste your coffee as better.
