
Green grapes is not so sweet than the black grapes. It has a lot of benefits and if you have vitamin C and K , deficiency, green grapes are the best choice. It increase insulin and make us feeling full when we eat this first in the morning. We lost our craving of any foods when we have it first. It reduces cholesterol too. So if you want to eat grapes, try to buy the green one most especially when you have a diabetes.
