Cooking food for the Christmas eve is the best part of my cooking career for my family .This is one of my favorite recipe I cooked for them. Cheat day during Christmas is highly tolerated and no diet.
It is called Lechon Kawali.Like a kind of like roasted pork but I did it by frying in a pan. It must be done in good and the best procedure to obtain the perfect crunch of the skin. It is not easy and the hot oil may burn you. This time, I did it perfectly.
Cooking food for the family must have your love given while cooking. I want my cooked food be eaten and not wasted. So, there is always love in your way of cooking and surely, your family will love it too tenderly.
