For some reason, we need can goods ready for quickly cooking during busy days . Sometimes, just open it and eat but I suggests to improvised it most especially when we have growing children. Let say and we know when it comes to preserved foods, it has low benefit to our health. It just satisfied our hunger without other benefits.
Like a meat loaf, I added eggs, black pepper and tiny amount of flour with salt to enhance the taste and hold the meatloaf while frying. Now, at least, the eggs represents beneficial specimen to what we eat for the day. Try and enjoy your happy meal with simple recipe at home.
