The filling has a different flavor. Just like the original empanada, the filling s are not only one.
These kind of new look empanada is not known to everyone. One of our friends just came home abroad and he was bringing some stuff for this and they cooked. Luckily, they shared to us and it is so much yummy than the original empanada. He used pork inside with potato just like the filling of meat bread. This is so crunchy and I was not satisfied. I need more but it was only limited. The left/douhg he used to wrapped or the wrapper are made abroad and I don't think we can buy it here. The triangle empanada that I only tasted yesterday afternoon.
