It looked like a food from a cozy restaurant but I am making it. Easy steps by preparing two eggs, 3 sliced bread, salted vegetables and white cheese.
- Scramble the eggs with salt and black pepper.
- Soaked the bread into the eggs mixture
- In a pan put a little oil and bring the bread with eggs into the pan. Occasionally flipping it until it become golden brown. Repeat the process of the bread and set aside. Drop the remaining scramble eggs into the pan and put it inside the layered bread. Add cheese and salted vegetables.
- Cover the last layer and cut it into four triangle.
Look how it simply arranged in a plate with the fresh milk. That was breakfast at 11:00 am in the morning. So satisfying and never hungry until now. You can try it ! Just follow my steps.
