Do you know how to fry a camote chips to become crunchy or crispy in every bite?
Peel off the camote or sweet potatoes, slice it thinly, put vinegar and salt. Put into the fridge for a couple of hours before frying into a first time use oil. Do not use, used oil please to gain freshness and healthy chips.
Heat the oil in medium heat and put the sliced camote. Do not put it all at once to avoid sticking and undesirable outcome of the chips.
