My sister just came home from the province . Actually, she invited me to come with her but I was not in good condition to go. I just stay at home. After two days visiting our province, she brought many kind of delicacies and mango. fruit. It is so sweet and fresh. It was riped from the tree. There is different of texture and taste when you harvest it earlier than those letting it ripe from tree itself.
I plan to make mango float but eating this freshly is the best. Later, if I cannot eat it all, I will make a overripe to mango float.
We should eat mango moderately if we have diabetes, arhritis and gout.
