My sister bought this new delicious delicacy I only tasted today. I thought it is a sweet rice cake but it's not. It is like a macaroon that made from desicated coconut with cream, and milk. It is so much better than the macaroons. This is so soft and the best with coffee. The sweetness is just enough blended with the milk ingredients on it. This is not a usually Filipino delicacy for this is the first time my sister give it to me. She told me that she will try her version for this sweet. We all like the taste.
