I will add plain water in order to Roasting the curry paste until fragrant is different from others. This menu has no oil, no coconut milk. It's a wild curry with only water. It's good for your health and has a lot of herbs, making it a good carminative. We saw that the weather was overcast and rainy, so we were going to cook some spicy food. Another side dish for us is fried fish cakes. This one we didn't mix ourselves, we took the ready-made version and fried it at their house. Our side dishes will have 2 things. But in my house, I call it Auntie Hed. People in the countryside call it Mushroom. People in the city call me "Papa Tod Mun" and I have 2 side dishes, which I haven't told you about the ingredients.
