Hello Everyone☺☺☺
Hope all is safe and good!!!
Christmas is in the air. So houses, schools and other establishments have already there christmas decor and lights. I've told you this because last-last week my co-worker asked me to make a "Lantern Tail" because the school were her daughter attended, there teacher give them an old Star Lantern and they will need to renovate it as there project for this grading.
So since the lantern tail of the said star lantern is already ruined, they need to replace it with new. So mu co-worker asked me if I know how to make it. And I said yes. So here are some materials and steps on how I did this simple lantern tail.
MATERIALS:
- Plastic Lantern Cellophane
- pair of scissors/cutter
- ruler (if needed)
STEPS:
1.Cut the plastic lantern cellophane on the size you wanted.
2.Fold it. Please see attached photo on how I did it.
3.Cut what you folded. Again please see attached photo.
4.Open the plastic cellophane on what you folded and cut earlier to see the result.
5.Then your done. Since I see it so simple, I put some plastic cellophane strips with different color to make it alive.
6.Tape or staple it inside the simple lantern tail and it's now ready to attached to the star lantern.
7.Ready
I've made 4 lantern tail all in all. Two short for the upper sides of the star and the another two long size for the lower part. I'm sorry I don't have the photo of the full star lantern with lantern tails. Because my co-worker daughter passed it right away to there school on the following day.
That's all for now everyone. Keep safe always. God Bless and Thank you for your unending support to my blog always☺☺😘
truly yours,
