Satay Madura

Hello everyone, how are you meeting me again? Are you healthy and hopefully you are always healthy and happy always Have a Nice Day everyone, hopefully you always enjoy delicious food because today I just tried a new food, namely Madura satay, Previously I have never eaten this satay and This is the first time I want to try Madura satay. Actually I like it and the spices are also a bit different from satay in general. And the satay is also very fresh. I like the satay that I ordered, especially here in the city area I often see it crowded with visitors so I am interested in trying it.

I ordered beef satay and goat satay, the beef was so fresh and the aroma was still there, there was a little bit of the aroma of beef and goat meat, but it wasn't so fishy and the taste of the liver was very original without any additional spices, so the satay was very fresh and the spices from Madura satay were also very fresh because they were mixed with lime and pickled onions. I really like this different taste, but compared to Padang satay, I much prefer the taste of Padang satay because Padang satay is very familiar to my tongue and I usually eat it, but sometimes if this is the first time I try it.
