Set Aside

Work in necessary in order to support ourselves, and even our family. We can also buy our wants and needs through our salaries. However, too much working can compromise our health. There should be a balance.

Stress is a part of our lives. We can't just avoid it especially with the kind of life and atmosphere we have now. Try to control yourself because stress can lead to mental health issues. There are ways which can be done to de-escalate stress.

Work and stress can go along, and it will be detrimental to our health if we'll focus our attention on it. Try to enjoy life. Set aside time to do worthwhile things like walking, watch the sunset, or enjoy the fresh air from the beach.

Monday

It's a gloomy morning, and I am expecting that workers might not come in. We've had some storms recently, and there are times when winds are strong. Meanwhile, the sun finally appeared, and as expected, it's too hot.

Short Walk

It was only a short walk because we're quite late to go out. At least, it helped burn some calories, and better than nothing.
