Before Covid19 became pandemic, we might have experienced burnouts due to our outdoor activities or work. We wanted to have some time at home to relax. Watch movies, eat, or anything you want to do. That's why there's a need to spend some time to pause from usual activities, and unwind.

Lockdown happened, and we're stuck at home for months or even years. That's if you never really went out because of pandemic scare. The prolonged quarantine situation affected the mental health of a lot of people. If we experienced burnouts pre-Covid, there's also quarantine burnout during the pandemic.

Other people who has existing mental health before pandemic has worsened. Avoiding crowded people due to fear. Anxiety has escalated. So much stress affects even our physical health. It is important to de-stress, and it doesn't have to be expensive. Right where we live, it is an advantage that we are close to parks and the beach. Finding time is the problem. That's why it is essential to set aside time to go out and de-stress.

My wife and I usually do that, and it feels good to be surrounded by beautiful places. I shared some of my pictures above.

Covid really changed the way we viewed life. I learned to stay indoors than roaming around, because of that, I am limit myself. We all learned from our experience

That's true @grecyg. Imagine the fear it laid on us. Yet we are surviving.

Yay! 🤗
