It's been a busy long weekend for us. Friday is a non-working holiday in the country as declared by the President. We took the chance to be focused on our activities in sign language community. We even got to meet potential deaf students last Friday.

We haven't got to visit this place for years. Yeah, the last time was before Covid, and this place has been improved. It's so beautiful to watch over the river along with cool breeze.

We headed our way to San Fabian town which is around 40 kilometers from home. In the picture, we're still in Dagupan City. There's no direct trip so we have to transfer from one bus to another.

So we headed our way to the mountainous areas of San Fabian town. We stopped by doing surveys in the area.

What I noticed in the mountains is the beautiful bougainvillea plants. We passed by homes with a lot of them, and they're even selling them.

We reached the hilly area under this huge tree. This place could be very beautiful if the grasses are green. We're close to summer so we can't expect that much greens. Grasses are drying up.

On Sunday, my wife and I has been early to get up because our deaf student told us she'll be coming in. However, the hour before we leave, she cancelled for a reason. We headed our way to the city for our weekend meeting in sign language, and when we're already there, our deaf student called that she's at our gate, and wanted to go with us. Too late! Anyway, she's fine. Her house is just a hundred kilometers away.

We headed home in the afternoon to have some rest. My wife was invited for a gathering but we decided to stay home because I have been tired during the weekend. She called on my sister if she wants to go with us in the beach.

Since the food stalls are still in our place we bought mango shake and fries as our snack, and brought to the beach. We waited a lot of time because so many customers are buying their foods too.

We finally got to enjoy the cool breeze in the beach. We headed home afterwards, that's around 6pm and it's already dusky.

Super ganda ng mga shots!

Long weekend is always good. I don't think I'll ever buy a bougainvillea.
There is so many around here. If I want one, I'm sure I can find one to get a stem and grow them.

So many bougainvillea here too.
