แต่ชีวิตจะดีหรือไม่ดีก็อยู่กับการกินเหมือนกันนะครับก็แน่นอนว่าทุกอย่างต้องอยู่บนพื้นฐานของความพอดีนะครับไม่กินมากไปไม่กินน้อยไปนะครับแล้วก็อาหารการกินก็ต้องรู้จักนะครับว่าอันไหนสมควรอันไหนไม่สมควรเนาะก็พูดยากเหมือนกันนะครับก็ต้องศึกษากันนะครับกับอะไรล่ะหลายๆอย่างนะครับไม่ว่าจะเป็นภูมิประเทศไม่ว่าจะเป็นสภาพร่างกายอะไรพวกนี้ครับหลายๆอย่างเหมือนกันโอเคมาดูกันเลยดีกว่า
