เป็นยังไงกันบ้างครับน่าจะสบายดีกันทุกคนนะครับก็อากาศร้อนนะครับประเทศไทยในตอนนี้ถึงแม้ว่าจะมีฝนมาต่อเนื่องก็จริงนะครับแต่ก็ยังคงอากาศร้อนอยู่เหมือนเดิมนะครับก็ดูแลสุขภาพกันด้วยนะครับเนื่องจากว่าฝนตกฝนตกแล้วกว่าอากาศร้อนนะครับก็หนาวๆร้อนๆอะไรประมาณนี้ก็อาจจะทำให้ร่างกายเราเนี่ยปรับสภาพไม่ทันนะครับก็อาจจะเป็นหวัดไม่สบายกันได้นะครับ

วันนี้ต้องบอกว่าวางแผนไว้นะครับว่าจะไปทานมื้อกลางวันกันนะครับที่ร้านประจำเรานะครับก็ผิดแผนไปนะครับเนื่องจากว่าร้านเขาเลิกจำหน่ายแล้วนะครับขายเป็นก๋วยจั๊บแทนนะครับแต่ก็ไม่ได้ชิมนะครับเนื่องจากว่าทางคุณพี่หนึ่งเขายังไม่อยากชิมเดี๋ยวไว้โอกาสหน้าค่อยว่ากันใหม่นะครับวันนี้เขาอยากทานเกาเหลาข้าวเปล่านะครับแบบร้อนๆสักหน่อยนึงนะครับก็เลยจะต้องไปที่ร้านรุ่งทิพย์เจ้าประจำเช่นกันครับ

สำหรับวันนี้ช่วงเช้ากับข้าวของผมเมื่อเช้านี้เป็นต้มจืดนะครับหน้าตาน่าทานทีเดียวนะครับแต่ผมลืมลืมเก็บภาพมาฝากนะครับก็เป็นต้มจืดแล้วก็น้ำพริกปลาร้าของผมนะครับก็เท่านั้นแหละช่วงเช้านะครับเรียบง่ายแต่ก็ไม่ง่ายสำหรับต้มจืดนะครับเนื่องจากว่าแม็คโครก็ต้องตื่นแต่เช้ามาทำเหมือนๆกันก็เลยต้องบอกว่ามันไม่ง่าย

สำหรับมื้อกลางวันก็อย่างที่บอกนะครับหลังจากที่เราพลาดจากร้านหน้าเทศบาลแล้วเราก็เลยมาที่ร้านรุ่งทิพย์นะครับของผมนี่ก็คงเป็นผัดพริกแกงหมูป่าเหมือนเดิมนะครับก็อร่อยเหมือนเดิมเลยวันนี้นะครับแล้วก็ของทางพี่หนึ่งอย่างที่บอกนะครับก็เป็นก็ลองหมูตุ๋นนะครับข้าวเปล่านะก็อยากทานเหมือนกันนะครับแต่ว่าจะทานทีเดียว 2 อย่างก็ไม่ไหวนะครับโอเคเดี๋ยวไว้พรุ่งนี้นะครับค่อยว่ากันดีกว่านะครับวันนี้เอาเป็นผัดพริกแกงหมูป่าก่อนแล้วกัน

ก็อย่างที่บอกนะครับถึงแม้ว่าผิดแผนไปแต่ก็ยังอร่อยได้อยู่แล้วนะครับเรามีร้านประจำร้านอร่อยของเราเยอะอยู่นะครับโอเคนอกจากนี้นะครับช่วงเช้าย้อนกลับไปนิดนึงนะครับก็มีดอกไม้มีกิจกรรมของลูกสาวเอามาฝากด้วยนะครับก็ถึงแม้ว่าเปิดเทอมแล้วเราก็ยังใช้แรงงานลูกสาวอยู่นะครับก็คือชงกาแฟให้พ่อช่วงเช้าเหมือนเดิมนะครับ
