The story behind of Sutro Bath is a part of history in the city of Lands End, San Francisco, is not only remains but it's a well-maintained place that carry its unique and beauty for people to enjoy.
Sutro Bath was an indoor salt water swimming pool that was built in 1894 by a young gold rush engineer and also a former mayor, Adolph Sutro, in Western San Francisco to offer people inexpensive salt water swimming pool.
The property was sold 70 years later in 1964 for a high rise apartment, unfortunately suspicious fire destroyed the whole structure in 1966 that left the unique remains of concrete with rustic look of rusty steel that still attached in it. In the end, the district bought the place and turned the area to become part of Golden Gate Recreational Park.
Overall, Sutro Bath's remains is a nice park to walk, enjoy the sunset or walk up further to the left and the trail will bring you to explore the vastness of Golden Gate Park.
Views To The Left Side Of The Park
Isn't as easy as you go down from the main trail, there is no trail to get down from the left side but the point is to challenge and immerse yourself in between some ruins concrete path.
We just got down through that steep hill.

Views By The Tunnel
A tunnel was purposely dug to pump water from the ocean to fill the swimming pool.
Views Of Point Lobos
I was telling my husband that Point Lobos is a mini Great Wall, it wasn't completely gated to stop folks to walk down the stairs. It did have a little gap by the metal fence to get through.

More amazing see in person...
Is that possible ,,,!? I can go there @lugina. With a great distance, and with my current condition. It is very difficult in my opinion. I just hope @lugina always shares good content from there, so that I can see it, it's really fun for me and my little family.
