It's still cold and windy these days but I wanted to meet a friend as I'll be back soon. I will probably share this post about 3 days after I wrote it. Because I have some work these days and so I can't write this post in one go.

Bugünlerde havalar yine soğuk ve rüzgarlı ama yakında geri döneceğim için bir arkadaşımla buluşmak istedim. Bu gönderiyi büyük ihtimalle yazdıktan yaklaşık 3 gün sonra paylaşacağım. Çünkü bu aralar biraz işlerim var ve bu yüzden bu gönderiyi tek seferde yazamam.
Sometimes you meet up with your friends almost once a month, but you still remain best friends. The friend I met today is exactly like that. Actually, you have to look on the bright side of it. Because sometimes when you don't meet a friend for a long time, you have a lot to talk about when that day comes together. Some relationships are just like that. Even if you don't meet for a long time, everything is still very good.
Bazen arkadaşlarınızla neredeyse ayda bir kere buluşursunuz ama yine de hala en yakın arkadaşlar olmaya devam edersiniz. Bugün buluştuğum arkadaşım da tam olarak öyle biri. Aslında bunun iyi tarafından bakma gerek. Çünkü bazen bir arkadaşınızla uzun bir süre buluşmadığınızda o gün yan yana gelince konuşacak çok şeyiniz olur. Bazı ilişkiler tam olarak böyledir. I had never been to the a Plus Shopping Center in Ataköy before. That's why my friend wanted to go to the Shopping Center while walking in Ataköy. I wanted to go there because I was very curious about it. Shopping centers are really different here. Some shopping centers have very different and interesting stores. That's why I definitely want to go to the shopping centers in the places I go to visit.
Daha önce hiç Ataköy’ deki a Plus Alışveriş Merkezine’ gitmemiştim. O yüzden arkadaşım Ataköy’ de yürüyüş yaparken Alışveriş Merkezi’ ne gitmek istedi. Ben de orayı çok merak ettiğim için gitmek istedim. Burada alışveriş merkezleri gerçekten çok farklı oluyor. Bazı alışveriş merkezlerinde çok farklı ve ilginç mağazalar oluyor. O yüzden gezmeye gittiğim yerlerdeki alışveriş merkezlerine kesinlikle gitmeyi çok istiyorum.
Before reaching the mall, there was a bridge and near the bridge were such cute ducks. I also had ducks when I was little, so I love ducks. These ducks fled when we saw them. But usually all the ducks I see run away. Sometimes I am very surprised to see the ducks of the duck owners on Instagram. When I was feeding ducks, my duck was avoiding me.
Alışveriş merkezine varmadan önce bir köprü vardı ve köprünün yakınında böyle tatlı ördekler vardı. Ben de küçükken ördek beslemiştim o yüzden ördekleri çok severim. Bu ördekler biz onları görünce kaçtılar. Ama genelde gördüğüm bütün ördekler kaçıyor. Bazen Instagram’ da ördek sahiplerinin ördeklerini görünce çok şaşırıyorum. Ben ördek beslediğim zamanlarda benim ördeğim benden kaçıyordu.
A Plus is a really big Mall and there were stores there that I had almost never seen before. My friend went to a few stores because he loves things like clothes, but the stores here are usually very expensive. It's almost unlike the malls where I live. There is also a SushiCo store on the upper floor of this mall. I had sushi there once or twice before and I really enjoyed the taste of the sushi. But I haven't eaten almost any sushi in a very long time. That's why I want to eat sushi again.
A Plus gerçekten çok büyük bir Avm ve orada daha önce neredeyse hiç görmediğim mağazalar vardı. Arkadaşım kıyafet gibi şeyleri çok sevdiği için birkaç tane mağazaya girdi ama buradaki mağazalar genelde çok pahalı. Benim yaşadığım yerdeki alışveriş merkezlerine neredeyse hiç benzemiyor. Ayrıca bu alışveriş merkezinin üst katında SushiCo mağazası var. Daha önce bir ya da iki kere orada sushi yedim ve gerçekten sushinin tadını çok beğenmiştim. Ama çok uzun zamandır neredeyse hiç sushi yemedim. O yüzden tekrar sushi yemeyi çok istiyorum.
I did not come across different sculptures in most of the shopping malls I went to before, but there are really different and beautiful sculptures here. There are slender and colorful paintings hanging down from the ceiling of the mall. I think such details in shopping malls are really important. Because I don't think it's nice to see only stores and things being sold here.
Daha önce gittiğim alışveriş merkezlerinin çoğunda farklı heykellere rastlamadım ama burada gerçekten çok farklı ve güzel heykeller var. Alışveriş merkezinin tavaından aşağıya doğru sarkıtılmış ince uzun ve renkli resimler var. Alışveriş merkezlerindeki böyle detaylar bence gerçekten çok önemli. Çünkü burada sadece mağaza ve satılan bir şeyler görmek pek de güzel değil bence.
There are two large and colorful statues here. I don't know the name of these statues. Or I have no idea what exactly it is. But for a sculpture lover like me, these kinds of things are really important and valuable.
Burada iki tane büyük ve renkli heykel var. Bu heykellerin adını bilmiyorum. Ya da tam olarak ne olduğu hakkında pek bir fikrim yok aslında. Ama benim gibi heykel seven bir insan için bu tür şeyler gerçekten çok önemli ve değerli.
Here, too, there are two red-colored lion statues on the right and on the left. I didn't understand exactly what kind of sculpture the statue in the middle was. I can't imagine what the sculptor was thinking while making this sculpture. But I think it's a very good sculpture.
Burada da sağ tarafta ve sol tarafta iki tane kırmızı renkli aslan heykeli var. Ortadaki heykelin tam olarak nasıl bir heykel olduğunu anlamadım. Heykeltıraş bu heykeli yaparken ne düşünmüş bunu hiç tahmin edemiyorum. Ama bence çok iyi bir heykel.
One of the things I was surprised to see in this mall is these columns. There are screens on all four sides of this column and there is a video of fish in an aquarium on the screen.

After visiting the stores for about an hour or two in the mall, we decided to go out. There is a hamburger shop near here and they make really delicious hamburgers. Since I especially love chicken burgers, we went there to eat burgers. This chicken burger you see is accompanied by delicious french fries.
Alışveriş merkezinde yaklaşık bir iki saat bir mağazaları gezdikten sonra dışarı çıkmaya karar verdik. Buraya yakın bir hamburgerci var ve gerçekten çok lezzetli hamburgerler yapıyorlar. Ben özellikle tavuklu hamburger çok sevdiğim için orada hamburger yemeye gittik. Bu gördüğünüz tavuklu hamburger yanında lezzetli patates kızartması var.
This is exactly what the inside of the hamburger looks like. A very tasty hamburger. It's a bit sad that there is no tomato in it, but that's okay, I also eat chicken burgers like that.
Hamburgerin içi tam olarak böyle görünüyor. Çok lezzetli bir hamburger. İçinde domates olmaması biraz üzücü ama sorun değil ben böyle de yerim tavuklu hamburger.
They have falafel and nuggets as you can see here. These falafels taste good but not like we do. Actually, it's not called falafel, it's chickpea patties, but it was written falafel on the menu paper.
The dish called falafel is made with only raw chickpeas, garlic and spices.
Burada gördüğünüz gibi falafel ve nugget var. Bu falafellerin tadı güzel ama bizim yaptığımız gibi değil. Aslında bunun adı falafel değil nohut köftesi ama menü kağıdında falafel yazıyordu.
Falafel denilen yemek sadece çiğ nohut, sarımsak ve baharat ile yapılır.

Oldukça uzun ve güzel bir post:))
Ben şu iki kırmızı Aslan heykeli arasındaki heykel için yorum yapmak istedim. Uzaktan bakılınca bir puzzle parçasına benziyor, aynı zamanda insan gibi gövdesi kolları bacakları ve kafası var sanki. Acaba her bir insanın, hayat denilen bu zor puzzle’ın birer parçası olduğumuzu mu hatırlatmak istemiş heykeltraş diye düşündüm.
Böyle yorumlayınca oldukça anlamlı geldi gözüme bu heykel :)) iyi gezmeler bu arada :))
Şimdi o fotoğrafa tekrar bakınca ben de gerçekten öyle düşünmeye başladım. Bu gerçekten çok ilginç.
