Homesteading: Getting Ready for Food Shortage

The economy remains down, and the prices of goods remain very high. Everyone are affected, and poverty rate might have even gone up. Food shortage is becoming a huge problem. So when we receive a message from our organization regarding becoming prepared due to potential food crisis, we complied by homesteading.

I bought seedlings, while someone gave me seeds to plant. There are plant pots which wr can use. I also bought garden soil because our place is mainly concrete. At this time, I planted chilli, eggplant, tomato, and bitter gourd. The calamansi which I replanted is growing well too.

My only concern at the moment is the snails which are ravaging our place. They are killing my other plants, I hope these vegetable plants will be spared. I'll be planting more in the future, and if I got to harvest, I will share them to others.
