This props was already used a year ago during Pangasinan Day and onwards. Since this year's celebration was transferred to a different venue, which isn't that much fancy, it seems they are recycling what was used before. It's good that they are doing it though because it still looks good, and to save taxpayers' money. But if they had set up a budget for it, but all they did is recycle and money going to politicians' pockets, that's morally wrong.
It may not be as colorful as it was a year ago, at least they put some decorations, as well as plants and flowers here. Maybe next year, there'll be a new one, and probably the venue would be in much bigger place.
