It is always interesting to find so many amazing things about nature. It has all kind of things from fertile land to unfertile land. Green beauty to dessert etc. Yesterday I went to place not too far away from home but found it has competelly different piece of landscape. Although geographic wise it has similar set up.
I basically, belongs from a place, which is abundant in green jungle and people make farming as their main occupation. Here land is very fetile, but when I reached to this adjoining place, it felt like I was on differrnt planet. The entire area was rocky terrain or infact it was like there is no soil beneath my legs.
The entirr area was a rocky mountain all over the place, however one things which is adding life to the place is a flowing calm river that passes through middle of the rocky terrains. It was quite picturesque,set up for any nature lover showing the two forms of particle. Hard solid rock on both side and a liquid form clean water in between.
But the area is basically use by the localities for loo purposes. It is kind of open washroom where people poop and wipe out in the river. This thing is very common in here where people do not have washroom at home. It is kind of old tradional lifestyle where people loves to go out in farm lands or forest open space to relice. Having river nearby is blessing in disguise.
The river looks to be very deep. There was a bridge on it as well. We crossed that bridge a while ago and we were under it now, waiting for someone. Geographically the area is rich in jungle, however, instead of soil, the area is abundant in solid rocks. The rocky landscape is lasted for good for 1 Km. After that we felt soul / land beneath our foot.
One may call the rocks as big Boulders, but it was not so. It was complete bed of rocks, with not even single piece found there to pick and throw in water. It was one complete big rocky planet in the entire area. Here I took few picture how the base under my foot looks like.
From far of distance, it was look like a wide open space perfectly suitable for what people is using it. The place lies on the outskirts area and that why looked rocky deserted.
It was a good expericne though finding something completelly different from usual green jungle and farms all over my place. Honestly, Nature has so many gifts hidden, we only need to explore each of them one by one and cherish life.
The outing ends up with good hiking and trekking experince. A must for some physical activity.
I've never been to such Rocky areas and I would really love to explore such place. When I saw the first image I thought you visited one of the deserts not knowing that this place is just close to your home where you just talk a walk and have fun. It looks lovely to me. !PIZZA
Yes not far away...and really rough way to take a walk out there.
The place is Ricky and definitely has to be rough for taking walks. We can't possibly take a kid to that area lest the child sustain an injury before leaving

I remember one month walking pada yatra around Vrindavana dham outside Delhi on the Jamuna river. Many beautiful mandir. Krishna bhakti. It was 20 years ago since I was last in India.
I am planning too to do a padayatra ...near thr govardhan Parvat people do take such yatra ...I am waiting for my turn......hope you like to join me...
Jay ho prabhuji. Govardhan parikrama is apparently the holiest activity for Krishna bhaktas. I remember walking around Govardhan hill on two occasions. It takes about five hours. And you pass many sacred places like Radha Kunda.

I've been to a place that's rocky almost all over the place before. It's a place on the top of the mountain close to where I live here.
It was really interesting that there were so many rocks. But the color of the rocks there was like dark brown and black. And on the rocks was something like green and yellow plants. 🤔
Those are few grass / bushes came out from middle of some gaps...else it was like a brown slate of big stone kept in the entire region.

Thanks for joining Wednesday Walk :), I truly enjoy exploring the world virtually each Wednesday seeing walks from all around the globe and feeling I am there and experiencing it all myself, such as I did in your post just now :)
