Nemrut crater lake is about 40 kilometers from where I live. You may have read in book pages and heard in news bulletins that it is the second largest crater lake in the world and the largest in Turkey. Due to its high altitude, it is more convenient to visit in June - October.

The road to the crater lake is fine, up to the ski facilities. The road after the ski facilities is pretty bad. In fact, it gets repaired every year enough to handle it. The road deteriorates again because it receives too much rain. Quite laborious and burdensome repair.
Krater gölünün yolu, kayak tesislerine kadar gayet güzel. Kayak tesislerinden sonraki yol oldukça kötü. Aslında her yıl idare edecek kadar onarılıyor. Çok fazla yağış aldığı için yol tekrar bozuluyor. Bayağı zahmetli ve külfetli onarımı.
Since the snow has not melted yet, the roads are bad and it is necessary to go by land car.

Karavan ile gelen bir turist vardı. Yolun açık olduğu yere kadar ilerlemiş ve ardından konaklamaya başlamışlardı. Şu an göllerin olduğu yere kadar araba ile gitmek mümkün değil. Yürüyerek de gitmek tehlikeli. Hem ayı , kurtlara yem olma durumu var hem de hava oldukça soğuk. Şehirde yağmur yağınca o bölgede kar yağıyor.
As you can see the crater lake is under snow and fog. It was an unplanned trip. Also, I couldn't take enough pictures because my phone's battery was very low.
Gördüğünüz gibi krater gölü kar ve sis altında. Hesapta olmayan bir geziydi. Ayrıca telefonumun şarjı çok az olduğu için yeterince fotoğraf çekemedim.
Tatvan and Lake Van have a wonderful view from the top of Mount Nemrut. I'm thinking of visiting this place again with the snow melting. I hope to share more beautiful photos with you when I go.
