A Complete Lunch
Eating is one of the actions that I enjoy the most and when the preparations are in charge of my mother then the dishes have a different flavor, where everything seems to combine perfectly, which gives me a tremendous feeling of satisfaction and fullness. To tell the truth, homemade preparations are my favorite, since they have that magical touch that tradition, our culture and experience give, that is why you will not see me going to restaurants and fancy places, but you will find me in popular places or in my own home generating exquisite dishes to taste.

Un Almuerzo Completo
Comer es una de las acciones que más disfruto y cuando las preparaciones están a cargo de mi madre entonces los platos cuentan con un sabor diferente, en done todo pareciera combinar de forma perfecta, lo cual me genera una tremenda sensación de satisfacción y llenura. A decir verdad, las preparaciones caseras son mis favoritas, ya que estas cuentan con ese toque mágico que le otorga la tradición, nuestra cultura y la experiencia, es por ello que no me verán recorriendo restaurantes y lugares de lujo, sino que me encontrarán lugares populares o en mi propia casa generando platos exquisitos y al gusto.
Today's lunch was in charge of the very prodigious hands of my mom, who with great care prepared me a full plate meal, where I put white rice, a very delicious chicken with vegetables, shredded carrot salad with tomato and onion and to complete a small fried arepa in pork oil. Wao! Undoubtedly this was a dish that had the right ingredients to generate that explosion of flavors that allows us to taste a meal that I could categorize as perfect, where nothing was at random.
El almuerzo de hoy estuvo a cargo de las muy prodigiosas manos de mi mama, quien con mucho esmero me preparo una comida de plato lleno, en donde coloco arroz blanco, un muy delicioso pollo con vegetales, ensalada rayada de zanahoria con tomate y cebolla y para completar una pequeña arepa frita en aceite de cochino. ¡Wao! Sin duda alguna que este fue un plato que contaba con los ingredientes adecuados para generar esa explosión de sabores que nos permite degustar de una comida que podría categorizar como perfecta, en donde nada estaba al azar.
I think that today's lunch was a fairly balanced dish in terms of nutritional load, but what I am sure of is that it gave me a lot of energy and a lot of encouragement to continue my work during the afternoon and part of the evening, plus the ingredients used by my mother are always very fresh and have the optimal conditions, that plus the experience of years of cooking and love for the work done resulted in an incredibly tasty lunch.
Creo que el almuerzo de hoy era un plato bastante equilibrado en cuanto a carga nutricional, pero de lo que si estoy seguro es de que me aporto mucha energía y mucho ánimo para continuar mis labores durante la tarde y parte de la noche, además los ingredientes usados por mi madre siempre están muy frescos y cuentan con las condiciones óptimas, eso más la experiencia de años cocinando y el amor por la labor realizada dieron como resultado un almuerzo increíblemente sabroso.
