Let's see...favorite food...? I don't know. Can one even have a favorite with all of the amazing food out there? I mean, I do enjoy cookies a lot. But then who doesn't like a good cake too? I'm not a fan of cookie cakes though, so that can be ruled out. But ice cream cakes are definitely near the top of the list. Blizzards are also pretty amazing. I think I'm getting fixated on desserts though, which are too easily "favorites."
Other than desserts, I think lasagna ranks pretty high. Lasagna with a nice meat sauce or even a side of a giant pile of meatballs is quite hard to beat. Then again, can't go wrong with a perfectly moist brisket, smothered in sweet and tangy barbecue sauce and piled high on some slightly crusty, buttery garlic toast. And who doesn't love a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner as well, with all of the traditional sides?
And then you can't really dismiss breakfast foods either. How about some homemade blueberry waffles or banana-pumpkin pancakes with pure maple syrup and a side of bacon? Or an onion, pepper, spinach, and cheese omelet topped with some fresh tomatoes and avocado and a side of bacon? Or even some over-easy eggs and toast with some hash browns or breakfast potatoes, a bowl of cheesy grits, and a side of bacon? Or just a fresh-made bagel with cream cheese and a side of bacon?
And you certainly can't forget about the classics. A supreme (or comparable) pizza is always going to be a top-5 all-time favorite. Then there's the classic mushroom and swiss burger with bacon and a side of onion rings or seasoned curlies. Street tacos or a stuffed mega-sized burrito are a treat for one's taste buds. And what about the classic fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits?
You know what? I just can't pick one. Choose anything from the list above and I'll agree to it.

What is your coffee of choice?
I have a special hook-up in Costa Rica, where I can get fresh Tarrazú coffee from a cooperative of small farmers. Several of those farmers produce their own “honey” coffee and, I have to say, they put out some top-notch beans. Best coffee I’ve had to date.

Overall, I’d have to go with Italian. It’s in my blood. But I do love a good taco night or two per week.
Favorite cuisine type, ever? Might have to stick with Italian. It’s quite versatile and extremely flavorful and colorful. And a lot of it is easy to make, unlike that Frenchy stuff.

What’s the hardest you’ve ever worked?
Hands down, hardest I’ve ever worked was trying to convince people that Ned was an awful CEO and community leader and that he, his company, the blockchain, and the community would fail and/or suffer because of it. That was a tough gig that didn’t work out so well for me. Didn’t make a lot of friends from speaking that truth for so long.
But look at us now!

My favorite beer is any beer over 5.8% alcohol. So Natural Ice just makes the cut!
But really, none really stand out to me as a superior beer or quality. There are some that I’ll occasionally buy, like Newcastle or Sam Adam’s Oktoberfest, but that’s probably just for the nostalgia.
I’m more of a hard liquor guy. Give me a good whiskey or some vodka over a beer any day.
Do you really, like really...think that we've left all the shit that drove us here from Steem behind us and we're in everything's perfect mode? If not what changes would you like to see / what would you like to be eliminated? (ninja mined stake aside)

Too many changes, too little time. But briefly...
I’d like to see more use for HP and better staking rewards outside of those that are content-related. That may involve a long-term plan of moving posting/curating rewards from the base layer and onto a side-chain for communities/interfaces and their tokens, and I know that won’t be an easy sell to many people.
In the meantime though, I still hope for a cultural shift away from constant arguing over downvotes and rewards...and for some common sense reward allocation overall, particularly from our larger stakeholders.
