Dear dance and music lovers
It's extremely hot here in London and I'm enjoying the weather.
In the video that I filmed yesterday evening, I'm showing some basic footwork that you can use on the dance floor to impress yourself and those around you.
In this footwork, I'm bouncing on the ball of my foot and tapping my big toe and heel. I'm doing that with both feet.
