Good evening friends #stockimages
Meet me again @asklanbudi

On this occasion I would like to donate some photos of #flyCactus, in scientific language (Neriidae)

I found this cactus fly this morning in the forest behind my house, this cactus fly was standing on the rope when I saw this cactus fly, I took some photos of this cactus fly, because the position of the rope is a bit high, I had to be a little upright to take some photos. By using my own cell phone.
I myself have never seen this #small insect.

But I tried to find out about this insect via the Web Wikipedia
Neriidae is a family of true flies (Diptera) closely related to Micropezidae. Some species are known as cactus flies , while others are called banana stem flies and this family was previously treated as a subfamily of the Micropezidae often called stilt - legged flies . Neriids differ from micropezids in that they do not have a significant reduction of the forelegs. Neriids breed in decaying vegetation, such as rotting tree bark or rotting fruit. About 100 species are placed in 19 genera. Neriidae are found mainly in the tropics, but there are two North American genera, each with one species, and one species Telostylinus occurring in temperate regions of eastern Australia.

After I read, it turns out that this is an insect, or Cactus fly in scientific language (Neriidae)
Here are some photos of #cactus flies on a rope.
