After having carefully read the instructions of this post I have decided to publish some images from my last trip to the Andean Region where I had the opportunity to photograph numerous plant and animal species that I share in this beautiful community of images.

The guidelines are quite clear and I will try to adapt myself to them as accurately as possible.

According to the instructions I will try to select them to facilitate the work of curators and moderators who will then try to include them on the basis of a predefined theme in this splendid database which is slowly being formed and which already has a considerable number of images.

The theme in this case is Nature and as a sub-theme we could choose the Plant World as that is what it is all about: plants, shrubs and flowers native to the Andean Region.

At the bottom of each photo I have selected the scientific name of the plant, shrub or flower which I have obtained by consulting information from Wikipedia.

The initial image is more to introduce the content of the post than to include it in the database.

The photos have been taken with my LG K40 cell phone with the following features:
13 MP (rear) and 5 MP (front) camera with phase detection autofocus (PDAF).
4x digital zoom
Support for PNG format images.
And they have not been modified with any image editing software.

Thanks for reading. And for watching. See you next post!
