No matter how much we usually see clouds, they are almost always able to catch our attention even if only for a moment. If they are appearing in a magnificent form, we might add more time to observe them. Clouds are regular broadcasts that sometimes make our day feel incomplete without them.
Beautiful cloud! with folds so soft and fair,
Swimming in the pure quiet air!
Thy fleeces bathed in sunlight, while below
Thy shadow o'er the vale moves slow.
-- To a Cloud by William Cullen Bryant
Past noon, the sun was shining brightly outside. I looked out the window. Some clouds appear to be in the towering stage. They are Cumulonimbus. At that time, I thought, I should go to a hilly area to observe the shape and structure of the clouds from there.
Calvus is one of the commonly seen Cumulonimbus species. It is the clouds that develop from the Cumulus congestus that are more commonly seen. I really enjoyed shooting them using the bushes and the hillside as the underside.
After a while, I was very fortunate that one Cumulonimbus calvus had progressed to the beautiful Cumulonimbus capillatus stage. Here's my collection of those clouds, hopefully fun and usable.

And here it is Cumulonimbus capillatus.

Wow these clouds were really towering. I love how bright and clear these images are. It’s neat that you have the hills in some of the photos as well :)
In the distance there also appear to be several towers on earth that can be a scale of comparison, but they are too far from me.:) I was lucky too, because the weather was sunny that day. So glad it all got your attention, it's an honor for me. Thank you countless!
Oh of course! I had fun seeing all of the different types and formations you captured ;)
Thank you very much!
