Hello beautiful people of good heart, I hope you have a nice day (today or tomorrow, depending on where you read me).
Today I want to share this photographic series of two plants very consumed in my family and that has served us as a natural remedy for different ailments. Also to sleep and to be able to have more concentration.
These plants are the Plectranthus barbatus or boldo, member of the mint family (Lamiaceae), this aromatic plant is of Indian origin and was spreading in territories such as South America, especially Argentina, Ecuador and Venezuela. This plant contains different active substances and aromatic oils, such as forskolin, which acts to stimulate enzymes.
These images were taken at midnight with the macro-photography option. With the Redmi 9C phone. They are free to use on the HIVE platform, always citing the source. I hope you find them useful and enjoy this natural tour.
Remember that these images are free to use, within HIVE and outside as well, as long as the corresponding source is cited. (Administrative regulations on the use of Stock Images). Also if you are looking for other types of images you can enter the Stock Images Main index.

Nice shot, if only you took it in daylight with sufficient lighting, I'm sure the photos would be much more perfect.
Yes my friend, it's a test I did to see how they look at night and in low light. But thanks for the tip, nice to see you around. Hugs!
Very nice photos. I do not know this plant. The shape of its leaves is somewhat reminiscent of mint. I think this similarity is because it is from the mint family as you said. If I come across it, I will know how useful the plant is thanks to you. ☘️
Of course it is, it is very useful and very good for health, and its tea is very delicious.
Thanks for stopping by to comment, a hug and blessings! :D
