Bienvenidos al programa de acompañamiento para hivers en español
Siento una enorme ilusión de presentar esta iniciativa. Lo hago con la mayor de las humildades: ni pretendo sustituir el trabajo que otros ya realizan o han realizado en el pasado ni busco sacar beneficio alguno. Este proyecto se ha ido gestando poco a poco en mi mente, como un rún-rún de fondo que ha tomado posiciones hasta que de pronto el puzzle encajó.
Quienes me conocen por aquí saben que me encanta ayudar y que estoy presente en tantos lugares como puedo para brindar una mano a quien lo necesita. Uno de esos sitios es Apis Hive, el proyecto creado por @livinguktaiwan donde mediante la gamificación se potencia y se muestra cómo hacer crecer nuestras cuentas de manera orgánica. Una de sus actividades son las llamadas sesiones de análisis de cuentas. En ellas el usuario recibe retroalimentación directa acerca de cómo se está manejando en Hive y se le ofrece posibles puntos a mejorar. Al asistir a una de esas sesiones como oyente fue cuando mi cerebro hizo "click" y tuve mi momento eureka. Era eso lo que quería hacer pero enfocado a los usuarios de habla hispana. Y aquí me tienes, presentándote esta idea...
Descripción del programa
El objetivo único es proporcionar un acompañamiento a los usuarios de Hive de habla hispana con visión de crecimiento a largo plazo, para ayudarles a impulsar sus cuentas de forma orgánica.
En qué consiste
Se realizarán sesiones individuales interactivas de unos 30 minutos en las que revisaré la cuenta del usuario de forma interactiva. Se trata de establecer un diálogo en el que indicaré los puntos fuertes y débiles de la cuenta en función de lo observado y según mi punto de vista basado en mi experiencia. El respeto mutuo y la voluntad de mejora serán la base.
El lugar de celebración será el servidor de Discord de la comunidad Hive España. Las sesiones serán abiertas para que cualquiera que lo desee pueda asistir. Utilizaremos el formato texto para facilitar la consulta posterior de la información.

Cualquier usuario de Hive de habla hispana.

Welcome to the accompaniment program for hivers in Spanish
I feel a great desire to present this initiative. I do it with the greatest of humility: I do not intend to replace the work that others already do or have done in the past, nor do I seek to make any benefit. This project has been brewing little by little in my mind, like a background run-run that has taken positions until suddenly the puzzle fit.
Those who know me around here know that I love to help and that I am present in as many places as I can to lend a hand to those who need it. One of those sites is Apis Hive, the project created by @livinguktaiwan where gamification is enhanced and shown how to grow our accounts organically. One of the activities are the so-called account analysis sessions. In them the user receives direct feedback about how it is being handled in Hive and is offered possible points to improve. When attending one of those sessions as a listener, it was when my brain "clicked" and I had my eureka moment. That was what I wanted to do but focussed on Spanish-speaking users. And here I am, presenting this idea to you...
Description of the program
The sole objective is to provide support to Spanish-speaking Hive users with a long-term growth vision, to help them boost their accounts organically.
What does it consist of
Interactive individual sessions of about 30 minutes will be held in which I will review the user's account interactively. It is about establishing a dialogue in which I will indicate the strengths and weaknesses of the account based on what was observed and according to my point of view based on my experience. Mutual respect and the will to improve will be the basis.
The venue will be the Discord server of the Hive Spain community. The sessions will be open so that anyone who wishes can attend. We will use the text format to facilitate the subsequent consultation of the information.
Who can participate?
Any Spanish-speaking Hive user.
How to be part of
Go to the Hive Spain server through this link: https://discord.com/invite/u4bnqV2Ut4 and say that you want to participate in the accompaniment program. I will guide you on the steps to follow to specify a date and time.

What a great initiative to roll this out to the Spanish speaking community Paloma, it will be a lot more effective in the user's mother tongue. Do you plan to do it as voice chat or text chat? Also, I find we normally over run 30 minutes, which is good because there is a lot of engagement. Good luck with everything!

Yes, considering the duration of the Apis Hive sessions I assume the extra time. The users involvement is the essential factor for that.

Muy interesante iniciativa, puede ser buena idea grabar las sesiones de guia y subirlas a 3speak, de esa forma quedaría todo ese valioso conocimiento en la blockchain, para consultarse cuando se necesite.

El análisis y manejo de cuentas. Apenas llevo 4 meses pero me interesa crecer y tener alcance. Tengo una iniciativa en su 3ra edicion y para sostenerla debo fortalecer mi cuenta. El tiempo pone el resto. Gracias
