Hi @iskawrites! I'm so glad you decided to make all those habit changes you mention in your post. One tip I give you is to start by working on willpower, it is really the key that will open the doors to all the changes you want to make in your life. It is advisable to do it little by little, for example first you can say, today I will drink half of the pepsi I usually drink, the next day you reduce the amount and so little by little you will see how every day willpower will prevail in your decisions.

I think I'll have to do it this way.
Maybe, I'll start by drinking three times a week, and then twice and then once, and finally no more. Or once a month.
