i been looking at both wallets ctptalk and hive. I not see how delegate except on keychain which only hive power . I do that if that what am suppose to do

That's perfect. If you delegate Hive Power you will recieve weekly dividends in the form of CTP tokens.
Okay that's what I did the other day I delegated some hive power Miss I'm running out oftill this power down thing is it automatic because it keeps saying on powering down all the time when I go to my wallets I don't know if you understand that and I guess we power up or do they power up sometimes I can't even power up because I'm powering down
