Ecency is one of the apps I use a lot and it has certainly replaced my usage of Facebook. There was a time when I was using Facebook like this but now its Ecency.

I like Ecency as well. I never had facebook so can't compare from that point of view.
It's pretty solid. I use it myself, and while I was a huge fan of Partiko back on the previous chain, Ecency has really stepped up!
