You make some great points my friend we are all learning, i actually do not like or agree with the downvoting the way it stands, because it doesn't really teach people anything because there is no reason given which just keeps the poster guessing.
Another reason i don't like downvoting is it can be used manipulate the discord and earning potential of others and some people will use it to be malicious.
It would make more sense if you had to give a reason for downvote in my opinion.
