Its easy if you are using the App. There is a send post button where you can write your post like you do in PeakD or CTP. I generally leave it fairly short though. I think you need at least 5k to get rewarded with a vote. So I would start sending posts and start learning more about the other stuff later. I think the send post is fairly easy to figure out.

I am now active on actifit. Did my first posting, I already had 10k for the day. Another channel of passive income for doing what I would have done anyway but now I get rewarded for it. WOW!!!
