I still haven't touched CTPX but I didn't realize you were buying back CTP tokens off the market. Is it to pay for the pool? I thought it was just staking CTP, curating content and then paying out a portion of that CTP.

Yes, they are buying CTP off the market with the income from CTPX and distribute part of it back in the lottery.
