Yeah the rewards account didn't have a lot of Hive power to begin with. And the number of consecutive transactions quickly drained what resources were there. We quickly delegated way more Hive power than needed to ensure payouts would continue to be timely!
yeah Hive Engine had some major issues this week and stalled the chain. so once it got fired back up, we had a huge back log...as for the techy details...I always point to @blainjones lol
