I think all that is very do able, especially on the second layer. We are only limited by our creativity here, I'm sure we'll see something like that soon :)

Then I would be very excited about the impact that the app could have on the blockchain.
More reasons for content creators to create better quality posts that will last and generate likes for years to come as well as receiving tips from the site for the views that it helps to attract.
