Yeah... The best thing is to combine these things... curation trails + fanbase + manual upvoting... Or if you have enough time, only manual upvoting... as I do for CTP Talk curation...

And, believe me... getting that APR high isn't that easy as you think... It's not just a "minutes thing"... :)
