An interesting way to look into classification, and in my opinion one that makes full sense... Does not matter anymore how much VEST power you have, but the value of your vote, in those specific tokens.

I think that by looking at the vote value this gives a direct indication of the vests a person has. It's maybe not 100% accurate but it gives quite a good vision of the reality.
