Just wondering how I have to interpreted the fact that someone isn't in the top of the movers or shakers list but new and returning at spot 18.
I may totally misunderstand how that works :) Just curious how it's possible?

It could happen if someone acquired enough tokens to get directly to that position from outside the top 100.
But wouldn't this account be visible at the top of movers shakers as in from spot 100+ to 18 in this case? Moving at least 82 spots? :)
That's what I was wondering...
No because to be counted for that the account has to already be within the top 100 last week.
